Schedule/Descriptions:
If you are interested in volunteering please review the volunteer positions and times available and email Angela with your request or questions at katyirish@hotmail.com Deadline for signing up for volunteering is Midnight on Friday October 22nd. This email will not be checked after that time. The Texas TrailFest Event Team would like to thank you for your interest in volunteering for this unique outdoor festival fundraising event. We could not have this event without all the great volunteers that will help us throughout the weekend! Thanks in advance for your giving of your time and energy - it is very much appreciated. If you are volunteering for 4 or more hours OR 2 different shifts, you will receive a TrailFest Volunteer and lunch from Mangia Pizza & Pasta ( it will be yummy beef or spinach lasagna). If you are volunteering 1 shift for less than 4 hours, we will have water, snacks and a volunteer badge for you to wear during your shift. All Volunteers, regardless of amount of time volunteering, can participate in all activities at TrailFest that do not require an additional fee. If you want to do the 5K run, the scavenger hunt or the bike race you must pay the $10 entry fee required for each even in order to participate. If you want to have access to the Beer Garden you must be a REGISTERED participant. Registration is $15 and you will be given 3 beer coupons.
